"The planter did exactly as it was supposed to. Assembly was a piece of cake and the setup for depth was easy as well."

Only if you don`t have acess to a tractor!!!

"This planter is sturdy and well built. It is not however well designed. It will work but be prepared to spend half a day trying to adjust it. It works as in it does plant seed. If your soil isn`t perfectly tilled and sifted expect to dismount many, many times to clean debris from the rollers and seed chutes. it also doesn`t plant very precisely. It could also benefit greatly from some type of remote disengagement mechanism instead of having to dismount to do so. I wish I`d bought a used 3 point farm type planter. If you have access to a tractor that is what I would recommend. If not then you can get by with this one and some frustration. I planted 2 acres with mine. I`d hate to think I had to do any more than that."

Hobby Seed Planter

"This planter works great to plant corn or beans in my food plots. It is narrow enough to get through the trails in woods to get to food plots. Ideal for food plots and sweet corn gardens. Affordable and built to use with an ATV/UTV."

"Finally, a planter that was very affordable that I can use with my ATV. This planter is adjustable for different size needs. I would recommend this planter to anyone planting a food plot, works best with corn and beans. The rows are adjustable too. Made my life much easier for planting."

Tuff Hobby Planter

"More seed leaked out of the planter boxes than went down the seed tube. No way to adjust the guage wheels in or out to fit different row spacing. Poor planter box design would not allow for a large number of seed to empty from the seed box. One of the wheels that operates the seed drop kept sticking and dragging causing long strips of unplanted rows. This planter is poorly designed."
