Good Hose - Bad Reel

"I have been using this for about 10 days. I find the Goodyear hose to be fine and expect it to last for some time. The reel snags all of the time while pulling it out. The spring loaded finger that engages the teeth hits them hard every couple of rotations and stops paying out hose. Additionally, the flanges are minimally sized. While retracting the hose, you have to "levelwind" the hose carefully or it will spill over edge."
