"I received my new 25XT tractor 2 weeks ago. So far I am pleased with this tractor. However, if you do not have a mechanical/repair background the manual is of little help and very poor. The pictures in the manual DO NOT match the product and the instructions is some cases are very vague, especially since they have been translated from Chinese. So if you have not owned a tractor previously and had plenty of experience do order this product until they fix the manual."

"My tractor was delivered with a pin missing in the Hi-Lo range gear selector, it is now stuck in Low gear, customer service is sending parts, hope this gets the trans. working again, or I'll just have an expensive lawn ornament, during the 4 hours I was able to use it, it worked fine, horsepower was more than adequate. Owners manuals need to be updated, photos do not match product."

"I purchased this 25 hp tractor and had nothing but problems with it. I only have 750 hours on this tractor. as the front wheel drive train had to be replaced as from the factory they never bent the tabs on the carrier to stop the bolts from backing out. just as the steering arm keeps snapping and had a bad part sent and it messed up the radiator and side cover of the engine having an oil leak also while still under warranty as having the engine replacement. the engine was on back order for almost a full year and the tractor done NOTHING during all that time as in the way here at my home.as the new engine was sent to my home address here I recieved a card in the mail on monday and call yellow in MS as it said to do finding that yellow sent the engine back to northertool on saturday.having to wait again more time lost and northerntool had to wait for them to receive and reship the engine again.when the new engine arrived and installed it has a bad oil pan as it is cracked from the factory. will have to split the tractor back apart to replace the cast iron pan that is also part of the housing of the engine. I still have had lots of trouble with the front wheel drive axles snapping and I have nothing but a sandy yard I have been moving around as from it washing from the back of the yard to the front. the paint was not very well done on the rear wheels as they are 3/4 white and 1/4 black primer I only can guess.when it does run the engine is strong for its size. but the hydrolics seem to be little weak for the 3 point hitch almost can lift my bush hog up.

"this tractor has really got power.i purchased the 60 inch king kutter tiller and can till in third gear in low range with no problem.
i did have a oil leak that was repaired in several days.the warranty people were great to deal with."
