Hoppy 7-Way Molded Connectors with 8-Ft. Cable,November 2, 2009
By dei4ever03from Plainfield, NH
"The colors matched the standard 7-way plug coming out of my F-250. There was plenty of length, which I kept and just wrapped around the trailers jack. This was priced well when I bought it, as I could not find a better deal at the time. I couldn't of asked for more!"

Solid Cable,November 18, 2008
By RWayfrom Bay Area, CA
"Solid cable. Fits standard 7 pin connections. Wiring colors did not match my US made trailer which was odd, but otherwise, seems sturdy and well built. Plenty of line for longer trailer applications."

Not Happy with product,October 8, 2008
By Anonymousfrom Northeast TN
"I bought this harness at my local Northern Tool store and all they had was a TAP brand they do not carry the Hoppy brand. The TAP is a wiring mess. The color code's are all screwed up. I can use the harness, but I'll have to spend extra time to deteremine which color wire actually does what since the standard coloring wiring used by all other manufactureres is obviousley not followed with the TAP product."

Trailer Connector and Wiring Harness,July 13, 2008
By poppin4STARfrom Knoxville, TN
"The cable that I bought at the store was a TAP not a Hoppy. The conventional wiring configuration was not followed so all of the wires are hosed up. When I plug it into my new truck, the RED wire is the Left Turn signal which should be the YELLOW wire and so on. Absolute disaster for a product!"

Trailer Connector,January 14, 2008
By Anonymousfrom Chicago, IL
"This cable connector was easy to install. It performs nicely when the weather is warm. When it drops below freezing, this cable becomes very stiff. It has a habit of pulling loose from the truck and will pull the weather cover off the connector if you do not use some wire and hold it into place. Other than that, it works as I had expected."

Great trailer cord,January 14, 2008
By jansencfrom San Francisco Bay Area
"This is a great time saver. All the wires are color coded to match the factory vehicle colors. The colors even matched the wiring on the trailer. I especially like the molded end. There is no chance of water or debris getting into the connection. This was the problem with my old wiring harness."

Quality, Function & Price,March 7, 2007
By LUTCHMANfrom Connecticut
"Northern tool & equipment stands for quality products and the Hoppy 7-Way Molded Connector follows this standard. Overall I am very impressed with the products build quality providing the 8-ft cable with all wires engineered with the correct gauge size for the electrical function and molded in a HD zubber scheath including the female molded plug.
All-in-All quality product that exceeds OEM standards one would find on high end camping & utility trailers......"

Great product,November 19, 2006
By metalworkerfrom Pullman, WA
"This is the product I have been looking for, not only are the wires molded in the rubber scheath but the plug is very solid, it also allows you to get the connections out of the weather and keep them protected."
