"I received my garage in good shape and in what I considered a very small box for a shelter sized 12'X20'X8'. I was correct upon opening the box. The shelter came in lots of pieces. There were 120 pieces just for the frame consisting of poles, cross rails and bends and connectors.I don't believe any piece was longer than 36" but could be wrong. Add to this one big mixed up bag of bolts, nuts, washers numbering 270 pieces which had to be sorted. Many of the bolts were only different by 2/8 of an inch. This does not include additional parts like half clamps, shelterlock, foot plates, ratchet clamps, back panel, front panel and cover. They estimate approximately 2 hrs assembly and recommend 2 people. It took 5 hrs to assemble by 2 people who have assembled many kit items before this one. The sheer number of joints in the frame assemble gives me concern for its overall strength. The 15inch augers for use as temporary anchors are worthless except for use on lawns or other soft ground. In addition they say to use a 3/4 inch pipe or steel rod through the auger eye to screw them into the ground. The eyes were to small for a 3/4 inch rod or steel pipe to fit and we had to use a 1/2 inch. The instructions that came with the shelter were fine and the pictures helpful."
