"I purchased this unit for its sand spreading ability. "Be carefull when you buy one that it will spread sand not all do." It takes two guys to load and unloaded from the tailgate and 14 50pd bags of sand to fill it. Once you figure out your best spreading speeds it works really well. I adjusted the spreader disc up as high as it would go and run the speed at 8 this lets me idle around the parking lot with out riding the brake to much. The spreader reduced my time spreading salt and sand on parking lots and sidewalks buy 80% . I can also report we had No falls due to Ice this year."
