Good Masonry Saw,
October 19, 2009

"We are a fair sized home improvement company with an emphasis on brick pavers. This saw has been through about 15 good size paver jobs on pool lanais and driveways. It has been flawless so far. Use a heavy duty extension cord as the directions clearly state. We use a 50 foot 8/2 cord and it works fine. Anything ligher than that will blow breakers. This saw works every bit as good as saws 2 or 3 times the price. It's a great value.
The portability of it being on wheels, and the crank up feature is fantastic too. Do make sure you crank the saw ALL THE WAY down when you transport it though. If you don't, you might bend the scissor jack a bit.
All and all, this is a fantastic buy and we would highly recommend this for any small to even medium size company. The 49 dollar diamond blade they sell for this saw is also a great value. We got 12 jobs out of the first blade. It was actually still cutting pretty good, and we cut everything dry. Never used the wet set up that comes with the saw, but I would image it would be great for ceramic tiles. I give this one a big thumbs up!

"Good value, lots of power, commercial grade - just make sure you run it off 20 amp breakers. Great that it comes with the stand and water pump....."

Looks Great, but Lacks Performance,
October 18, 2007
By JBLAND

"It's a complete set up as far as stand and saw, its easy to put toghether, sturdy and well built by appearance. It just blowes circuits after it runs alittle while, meaning ten to fifteen minutes. When its running it cuts well and the table design is user freindly, but electronically its unreliable."

Masonry Saw,
July 11, 2007

"As far as cutting, this saw did very well. All the blocks I cut so far were 4" thick.
I wish the motor had a little more protection from water and dust. The second time I used the saw, I devised a means to protect the motor, and this worked very well."
