Great Hitch Easy Install

"Hitch fit perfect on my 2006 Ranger. Make sure you to remove your spare tire from under the truck first. Having someone hold the hitch in place while you start the 4 bolts helps a lot. Add a little locktite to make sure all your nuts stay in place. All in all it took about 1hr to get it put on with handtools."

"I bought this for my 99 Ranger after looking online for a reasonably priced hitch. No one locally had this hitch (except U haul who wanted much more than this). Installation was a breeze. Everything fit exactly with no modification whatsoever. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for this hitch."

"The directions state 20 minute install, with help I installed mine in 8 minutes flat of course it helps to have an impact wrench and breaker bar on hand. If your wondering as I was at first it will fit your 2001 Ford Ranger stepside / styleside with a factory installed step bumper it will, like a glove and is virtually hidden by the bumper makes for a real clean proffessional looking install. An "Atta Boy" for Northern tool on the shipping I got mine factory direct in 5 business days using basic ground shipping. Normally I would have bought this locally but none of the stores I visited had one in stock special order only. Gosh I can special order it myself and save at Northern Tool. Although there are other sites out there offering it at a slightly lower cost. I don't know them or trust them like I do Northern Tool. Thanks Again RJP."
